A great read Patricia. Most of the time we react to our frustrations instead of taking the time to analyse the underlying root cause and devising ways to deal with it positively.

Just one more strategy to deal with frustration - Think about what advice would you give to a friend or family in this situation. When it concerns others, we are able to better visualise how to deal with a situation instead of getting mad about it. Once we can learn to ask ourselves this question, we then just need to apply the same advice to ourselves.
