A very interesting view Jude. I wonder though that if we use proxy for hard to measure metrics, how do we avoid our own biases in measuring what we want to measure and not what’s the right thing to measure.

It’s a known fact that human beings can attach their own interpretation by replacing one question with another one that’s easy to answer though may not be connected to the intent of the original question.
