Having worked with some of these organizations and people there, I can tell you that the people there have been innovating every single day. When you look the deep tech challenges of delivery and other such complex problems, you will realize that the standard way of doing things don’t work there. And yes, all orgs are trying to keep their business going. I don’t see anything wrong with that, but that does not mean that employees there have stopped innovating. Orgs have to survive first to create room for innovation.

Innovation is not one thing. It has many meanings.

But it’s absolutely fine if we disagree on this.
