I like the disagree and commit principle from Amazon. In the end, accepting that we don’t always agree to each other, but can still work and support each other leads to better collaboration.

Sometimes, especially in business deals when we can’t support a decision, it’s better to be explicit, state our intent and then walk out. It keeps the relationship intact and shows respect for their decision.
