I think not consuming sugar is one of the biggest hacks anyone can add to their life. I have been doing it for 5 years now.

It's uneasy in the beginning, especially if you are used to consuming it in your morning tea of coffee. But once you get used to a life without it, not only does your coffee/tea tastes better, you find energy in being committed to a much healthier life.
