I use breaks whenever I am involved in any activity that's bound to involve focused work or any form of mental gymnastics.

Our mind needs break and so does our body. If we can give ourselves those much needed breaks instead of continuing to push ourselves, we can avoid doing mediocre work and actually enjoy the process.
