I use trello board for organising and prioritising my tasks and don't know how to do it any other way. It's extremely useful.

I use it to employ Eisenhower matrix where I divide tasks into 4 quadrant urgent/important view and then decide which ones are important and need focused time while de-prioritising inconsequential work
