It's very important to take a break after every 60-90 mins of deep work. It's required to give space to your brain to form new connections. So many times we are stuck at an impasse and do nothing except keep trying. Get up, let the creative juices flow.

Working while feeling super tired or mentally exhausted is not only bad for work, it's bad for your mind too. A healthy mind leads to healthy body and better output.
