Some really thoughtful advice Ravi. I really liked the part of consciously overthink things - I do it myself, but simply time box it to ensure I don't get carried away. I also take a note of some of the important things that my mind tells me in the moment that might be helpful later. This exercise gives permission to my brain to know that it's quite ok to overthink sometimes as long as you are in control and there's a clear intent
