Some sound advice Devin. Sometimes we are so constrained within our own beliefs and assumptions that we do not seek what the other person wants. In workplaces with diversity (including millenials) it’s important to see the world from the other person’s point of view and then try to converge to a common reality.

Everything else is just a perception and not really effective to work together.
