Thank you Dinah for reading. Implementing 80/20 principle into my work required a lot of conscious practice and self awareness. I allocated daily and weekly reflection time to identify the changes I needed to make in the way I communicated and collaborated, apply them, gather feedback, adapt my approach and repeat the cycle.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was eliminating unnecessary tasks specially making stakeholders understand why something isn’t worth team’s time.
Another one was coming to a common understanding with high performers and aligning on shared goals.
